Stromboli – A Space That Lives with Rhythm

Stromboli is a rare example of an apartment where space does not follow a format, but rather a rhythm. There was no pursuit of trends or race for square meters here. It was built from scratch to achieve exactly what was needed and nothing more. Two apartments were transformed into a single residence. A complete reconstruction. New ceilings, open height, and a bright layout. The result: 300 square meters where everything is subordinated to one idea: freedom of movement, light, and the foreground. The main space is a double-height living room connected to the kitchen. Light flows through the skylights, falls on the stone walls, and reflects on the smooth, luminous floor. The volume is open, and air flows freely. It is not just a living room; it is a stage where anything can happen: from a peaceful morning to an evening gathering with friends, from silence to sound. The kitchen is delicately integrated into the space, like a part of the common architecture. There is no separate “kitchen corner”; there is a coherent and lively interior where all areas speak the same language.

In the second wing, there is a flexible block with four rooms. They are separated by sliding walls and can be transformed into a single space or function separately. You can organize bedrooms, offices, guest rooms, or use it all as a second private area. Above this block is a glass mezzanine. A semi-transparent bridge with two complete workstations and integrated storage systems. Here, you can isolate yourself without leaving the apartment life behind. There are three bathrooms in the house. One next to the bedroom, in light stone, with a spacious shower cabin and a double sink. The others are of equal quality but differ in scale and purpose. Everything is thought out: every meter functions, every detail is integrated, everything is brought together in a system that does not aim to impress but to create an interior sense of order, privacy, and comfort.

Stromboli is not just a home; it is a lifestyle format where there is no need to explain why everything is done this way. The architecture speaks for itself: light, air, mass, balance. It is a space where you can be alone or gather twenty people and never feel uncomfortable. There is no decoration here, but there is character. There are no templates, but there is structure.
